The soil is known as "Buzançais" a geological description specific to this area. Here the pinot noir grows with its roots deeply plunged into the soil. The red cherry meets the mineral and explodes into a smoky bouquet, dense and intense. The wine is one to age and rivals with its big brother "Génération XIX". A real pleasure !
